I remain a Senior Advisor at ZRG Partners, a global leader in executive search and human capital management, I’ve played a pivotal role in shaping and building the Search/Staffing/PEO/ practice and building the solution for emerging and future leaders in ProSearch—an acclaimed division dedicated to identifying leaders across diverse industry segments worldwide. My prior professional journey includes pivotal roles in launching the Interim Executive Industry within Management Recruiters International, along with co-founding SearchPath Global and WorldBridge Partners. I actively fulfill social responsibilities by empowering women in Afghanistan, veterans, and returning citizens through the exclusive “Headhunters Approach” career education program via MyHuntPath.
